wikiHow:Administrators

To report something that needs immediate administrator attention, please post it on our Administrator Notice Board.

Not sure where to turn? This group of wikiHow administrators, most of whom are volunteers, are frequently patrolling wikiHow at all hours of the day, spanning several time zones and different continents. If you have a question, simply pick a friendly face and leave them a note on their talk page. More often than not, you'll receive a reply within a day.

wikiHow Administrators ('Admin' for short) are the community members that willingly take on extra responsibility to make wikiHow the best how-to manual possible. At wikiHow, every user is an editor and valued member of the community. Admins have extra powers and responsibilities to allow them to ensure that wikiHow develops into a useful, free and open resource. Admins can delete and undelete pages, rename titles, revert edits, block a user or IP address, and do a few other minor tasks. Everyone, including you, can become an admin.

In fact, we even have how-tos on becoming and acting like an admin.
