How to Use Templates on wikiHow
Templates are valuable tools. They're used to improve the quality of an article, discuss certain aspects of an article, make an informative User page, to communicate with others, clarify the licensing of images and organize images. Here's how to apply them to a page:

- Review a template for its purpose and use.
- Click on the Edit tab at the top of a page.
- Apply a template to a specific location on the page.
- Click on Preview, at the bottom of the page, to review the desired effect.
- Write a note in the Edit Summary, at the bottom of the page, to clarify the application of the template.
- Click on Save Page, at the bottom of the page, to save your changes.
