Using sugar to clean grime, car oil, paint etc. off your hands using sugar is a great solution. It works quickly and easily and you're spared having to spend money on expensive hand degreaser/cleaners.

    Pour a handful of ordinary washing up liquid into your cupped hand.
  2. 2
    Add a tablespoon of granulated sugar to this.
  3. 3
    Wash hands as normal.
  4. 4
    Rinse the sugar off in warm water. Your hands will be clean and feel softer.

  • Repeat process if necessary.
  • Apply hand moisturizer afterward, to replace lost oils in hands.
  • Soap also works.
