These days everyone wants to be happy and live a long life. But seriously, with our high stress society and access to fast food, this dream is quickly coming to an end. In the following, I am going to give you ways to help you live a long and happy life.

    Eat fresh food. Eating fresh food doesn't give you that slump and grungy feeling you get after you eat fast food. Plus, you feel like you will have more energy to do activities that you never wanted to do before because you didn't have enough energy. Finally, eating fresh foods , especially produce will give you tons of health benefits. It will clear up your skin etc.

    Laugh at least once a day. You hear this day in and day out, laughter is the best medicine. While there may not be proven scientific benefits, every time you laugh you always feel good inside. So take time to laugh today, and everyday. Play a crazy game, watch comedy. What ever makes you laugh, go ahead and do it. You will feel a million times better.

    Walk as often as you can. Walking is the best exercise for anyone. It's easy on your joints and your lungs. Just 20 minutes a day of brisk walking can leave you feeling better. Instead of taking the elevator at work or at the mall, take the stairs and get a little bit of exercise. Little bits everyday add up and soon you'll realize 20 minutes doesn't seem like a daunting task.

    Drink water. Drinking 8 glasses of water each day helps to keep your mind clear and sharp, while also keeping your skin hydrated. When you get dehydrated, you feel sluggish and bad inside.

    Do things you love to do. This doesn't mean watch TV for 15 hours or play video games, this means any activities that have some exercise or cardio. Shop, for example. If you shop for 3 hours, that's a lot of walking. And come on, everyone loves a good shopping trip. You could even go for a hike.
