In a new layer draw a dark gray rectangle with #0C0C0C color shade and 130 x 11 px dimensions on the top end of the hosting rack design.
Create a new layer, using your Pencil Tool with a 1px tip draw a couple of white dots on each side of the rack design.
Let's start out by creating a new file. I used a 400x400 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with a black color. Now create a new layer set and name it 'Hosting Rack Design'. Then create a new layer and draw a rectangle with 144??273 px dimensions and #AFAFAF color shade.

This time we will start with a photograph that I took on a recent trip to Florida. I was wandering the streets of a sleepy little town that had some cheap clothing and other merchandise displayed haphazardly on tables and racks on the sidewalk. These clothes were hanging on one such outdoor rack. The original photograph, which was taken with my Canon D30 digital camera, can be seen in Figure 1.
