Bottle « Hardware « Photoshop Tutorials

In this tutorial I will guide you through the steps of creating a realistic Wine Bottle, customizable to represent anything. Also I will give you hints on how to create a label for it, and fixing it with some ornaments to give it a rich look. Everything is explained, but I assume you have some basic skills in Photoshop, as what which tool does, and the basic commands. Many parts of this tutorial can be done differently, but that's the beauty of Photoshop, million ways to do one thing. I'm sure you would first want to see what will come out of this, so here's a sneak preview:

I went to Google Images, looked up a good picture of glass and bottle then cut it out of the photo and brought to our canvas, you can feel free to download this picture from here.

This tutorial teaches you how to create a super realistic bottle of wine completely from scratch. You will learn how to use the pen tool effectively, as well as gradient/pattern overlays and other drawing techniques.

Go to the �Paths� tab and click on fill option button at bottom of panel. After this, make sure your path layer still there on paths tab, never erase or overwrite the layer of the bottle path. Now we have the bottle, but we need some color and realistic details, in most cases this can be done using some gradient and shadow effects. To apply Gradient without lost the initial shape we use the blending options.

[1]-Lets open a new file in your favourite photoshop software version.Then choose a custom size you may choose any size, I will pick Height & width 400�500 pixels and Resolution 72 using Mode RGB Color.
