The first step in a script for Photoshop is to set what units you want to use in your code. There are two types of units to define, the Rulers and Type. The ruler unit specifies the image dimension and the type unit specifies the text size. Learn how to position objects with precision and measure using rulers and the Ruler tool. The rulers are helpful for positioning objects and the Ruler tool lets you precisely measure the length of objects. Ever have a photo that you shot and the subject (person, building, etc.) was crooked? Well I have, and if you use the rotation tool in Photoshop, it seems you have two rotate many times to get a photo to look even halfway straight. Well have I got a tip for you that will save a ton of time, especially if you have a lot of photos to straighten for a project.
