17. your headers done! (told you this was highly detailed;) what i did next was to hide all layers that were not necessary (navigation and logo) and copy the entire header with copy merged (shift+c+ctrl) i then pasted this and using free transform (edit>free transform) changed the height and width to 20% of the original. this gave me something like this:
Make a fixed selection of 700 px by 30 px on the top part of the 700 px by 60 px red bar we made recently.
6. Select the Rectangular Marquee Tool and draw a rectangle inside the "header" layer and fill the selection with any color, similar to this:
