Now select your brush tool and choose a Dark Green as your foreground color, we use: #027b4d , but of course you can use the one you think is realistic for the hulk effect.

Hi People, today I'm going to show you how to make the famous Paul Stanley from KISS Make Up. It's very fun and easy, so let's begin.

In this tutorial we're going to make a really Sexy Dark Make Up for any of your dark style photos, we are going to use just a default brush and some color tweaks like Hue/Saturation, let's begin.

Open up the stock photo you???ve chosen to be working with for this tutorial. First of all we need to make face skin softer. For this effect duplicate layer with Ctrl+D and apply Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur with the next presets:

Excellent tutorial! Is there anyway you could make a paint shop pro 10/11 or higher version? I know for the most part they are simialar but I have always had Paint Shop Pro (currently pro photo X2, also known as pspp 12)and i find it difficult to transfer the tutorials, but i really like this one so i thought i would ask. Anyways, great work! I would love to learn how to do more with psp.

Make new layer, Apply Image again, then Filter >> Artistic >> Poster Edges, set parameter as I did, use layer mask clear some area

Cause we think our Hulk character should be in a much more Toxic Background we're going to paint the Background Red.

Hi People, today I'm going to show you how to make the famous Paul Stanley from KISS Make Up. It's very fun and easy, so let's begin.

First you have to get the photo you want to apply the digital make up, I choose a photo from the stock gallery of Samantha Draven.

In this tutorial we're going to make a really Sexy Dark Make Up for any of your dark style photos, we are going to use just a default brush and some color tweaks like Hue/Saturation, let's begin.

In this tutorial, shows you how to enhance your normal potrait photo into beautifully fair skin and well done makeup, plus shiny healthy hair just like what we see on tv.

Now select your brush tool and choose a Dark Green as your foreground color, we use: #027b4d , but of course you can use the one you think is realistic for the hulk effect.

Every photographer who makes portraits or takes photographs of people, be it a wedding or event photographer, at some point in time encounters a need to retouch the photograph - to make people look better. In this article I will guide you through a series of steps to improve skin tones, modify shadow and light patterns to increase the impact, and enhance the eyes and hair to create a striking portrait. Note: this article is the second edition of the one with the same name (PDF: Ultimate Makeup - 2.54Mb), which had controversial responses from readers. Some of the previously mentioned techniques were omitted here, but they will appear in another article, because the topic on retouching is quite extensive. So, here are the steps:

To get the sunset mood, I increased the amount of cyan and yellow for Reds using Selective color tool (Image>Adjustments>Selective color). No need to make a selection before doing this as there???s only the pool water behind the girl and this change will have no impact on the background. And now comes the fun part. Let us start applying some real makeup. I???ll start with her lips. What tools you will use to change the color of her lips depends of what kind of lipstick you want to apply, I???ve decided to apply half-transparent and not too shiny lip-gloss. To do that we???ll have to mask her lips. Select Magnetic Lasso Tool (???a???) and use it to select the area of her lips. Now, we???ve got a rough selection (image 1) and need to make it more precise otherwise she will look funny after applying lipstick. First go to Select>Inverse (or simply Ctrl+I) and then click the Quick Mask Button (???Q??? button in the picture) and the area selected with the Lasso tool should now be covered with color (probably red). Now you need to add mask (color) to the parts of her lips that are still outside of the selection and remove extra color where it takes. Select the Brush Tool (image ???b???) and make corrections. Use black for the foreground color to apply mask and white to erase extras (the color covering her teeth etc.). (Simply press ???X??? button to switch back and foreground colors- image ???c???). Finally, it should look somewhat like image 3. Now switch back to Normal mode (???N??? button) and invert selection again (Ctrl+I). TIP : Sometimes the lips-area can be very hard to select. If it happens and you see the Magnetic Lasso tool is not helping you at all, try to use Polygonal Lasso tool instead or simply switch top the Quick Mask Mode right away and make the selection only by using that tool.

Got a question. You CAN apply makeup to eyes quite easily, but what about if you want to add an earring or make hair longer? What are you supposed to do if you want to insert a part of another picture into another and make it look realistic?

Do you remember when Killing Joke sang 'eighties, I'm living in the eighties'? No, probably not. Only if you are as old as I am. Being a Goth in England in the 80s was a great time. All that hair. Black hair. And piercings before they were a fashion a accessory. Anyhow, those days are long gone (as you will see in the image in step 1), but I think it's time to bring them back, albeit digitally. So when you're ready, let's start the Gothic makeover.

One of my most popular pictures on flickr is a snapshot of my friend wearing some interesting makeup. The reality is that she was not wearing any makeup that day, and it was all added later in Photoshop. The reality is that the execution of this technique is simple, the challenging part is fitting the digital make up in so that it matches the model and her clothing.

For this particular effect, "Gradient Overlay" was used to replace the "Color Overlay" using the "Sprectrum" gradient--mode=multiply, opacity=64, and style=angle at 90.

This digital enhancement of human faces and bodies is called Digital Makeover. It usually involves techniques such as skin smoothing, red eye removal, hair color replacement an so on. Although at first sight performing a digital makeover over a photo seems to be an advanced task, it may surprise you how easy is to make noticeable changes to faces with a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. This article is a guide of the best digital makeover tutorials and resources around the web and it is not the intention of this post to express a definition of beauty in any sense. It is just a thorough listing of photo retouching techniques for Photoshop.

Give someone an extreme makeover by giving the eyes a different color, adding lipstick, blusher and eye-shadow. Great for when you want to try on new makeup, but don't wanna put it actually on your face!

Change any female (or male) into Mystique from X-men, with her rough bodyskin that can be used to transform into anybody she touches...

For this tutorial I'm going to use the beautifull Kate Beckinsale as our model. This is a perfect photo of the frontal view of her face. Obviously she is already wearing makeup, but very minimal.

If you're particularly new to Photoshop learning how to use layers is probably one of the most important aspects of Photoshop. We could basically take every facial feature on the subject and paste them on their own layers for us to work on individually.

Interesting Photoshop video tutorial that shows you how to retouch the hair color of a model, specifically mentioned as painting tutorial hair and lips.

First of all we need to make face skin softer. For this effect duplicate layer with Ctrl+D and apply Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur with the next presets:

Now we will do further removal by bluring the image. Use the Filter Blur -> Gaussian Blur with a radius around 3 depending on the size your image. Tweak to find the right value.
