Build a Microphone Stand

Do you need a microphone stand for a recording studio? Or just for karaoke? Here's a way to easily make a microphone stand t

  1. 1
    Measure the length of your cell phone.
    • If it is a flip or slide phone, open it first.
  2. 2
    Cut and build a cardboard box the length of the cell phone. Leave the top open.
  3. 3
    Find your stick or pole and tape the box to it.
  4. 4
    Build the base and tape the pole to it.
  5. 5
    Put the cell phone in the box with the microphone at the top.
  6. 6
    Cut a hole so you can access the enter button.
  7. 7
    Remove the cell phone and access its voice recorder.
  8. 8
    Slide the phone in the box again.
  9. 9
    Click enter and record.
