Since they're baked and prepared with absolutely no butter or flour, these wings will not weigh you down. They're easy to prepare, and the ingredients used are inexpensive. This recipe has won an award from Delta Sigma Theta sorority-cooking contest for its unique taste. Please read the directions carefully and you will be guaranteed a great night with your friends.

- 4 pounds (1.81kg) of chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
- 1 bottle of Frank's® RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce (or similar hot sauce if you can't get this)
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of orange juice/freshly squeezed from an orange

- 1Rinse the wings in cold water.
- Cut the tips off with kitchen scissors or a knife.
- 2Place the wings on a cooking sheet and rub 2 tablespoons of pepper, 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning and 3 oz of hot sauce on the wings.
- 3Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Handle the tray carefully when placing it in the oven.
- 4Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn the chicken over and bake for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Preparing the sauce
- 1Mix hot sauce, ketchup, orange juice and brown sugar in a small bowl.
- 2Make sure that all the lumps are mashed out from the brown sugar.
- 3Dip the wings in the sauce until they are fully covered in sauce.
- 4Repeat and enjoy.
