Hit Ctrl+J to duplicate the selection onto its own layer. Delete the 'Bubble' layer and rename the new layer 'Bubbles'.
Now we will create a selection of the shape of a bubble with the elliptical marquee tool. It doesn't have to be a perfect circle - just the shape of a bubble:

Today I am going to make you about how to Create Photoshop sparkle fire logo icon in photoshop.

6. Now here with the Pen Tool draw a new shape, as you can see in the image below. Now Right click on the new shape > make Selection > and click ok. On Rendering - Feather radius - 0.2px, anti aliased, Operation - new selection.
