Just wanted to point out that I believe the distinction you gave to rich black is wrong. The slider on the left (With just one color value) Is the color black with 100% black only in it from a CMYK perspective. The other black value you have is an RGB value. Rich black is a term used to define a black value in print pieces.

Step 10: We need to create a text line consists of character “I” and “0?. I found a font that looks sinilar to the sample picture which called Earth. An Instant Messaging icon just doesn't look right on it's own, duplicate the icon at least once to represent the social aspect of IM. Change the colours of the new icon through the Filter > Colors > Adjust Colors option or manually select the mesh points with the Direct Selection Tool and add a new colour swatch.
