In this Photoshop tutorial we will be creating a Levi's style copper rivet while learning a little bit about creating compound bevel Layer Styles. I'm sure there are probably some cool digital scrapbooking ideas this can be used with, or perhaps a website concept with a denim theme.
Rivets: Probably the simplest effect of all, you can create a rivet by drawing a circle in the middle of the screw head during step 5. Then all you have to do is change the gradient 'style' in step 7 to Radial and add a black Inner Glow. Its really very flexible, and with a little practice I'm sure you'll be able to invent some pretty funky alternative screws as well. Have fun! :)
