[8]-Now go to Window>Animation & then make Duplicate Frame with the help of Click on following Button which is indicating by Hand sign

1) Open a new photoshop document of about 500x200 pixels and create a new empty layer. Make sure the foreground colour in your toolbar is black and the background-colour white ( or vice versa). Then go to FILTER > RENDER > CLOUDS. This should get you something like the image below. 2) Now, we are going to increase the contrast of this image by going to IMAGE > ADJUSTMENTS > AUTO CONTRAST, wich should give you something like the image below. 3) No go to FILTER > ARTISTIC > PLASTIC WRAP and set Highlite Strength,Detail and Smoothness to max and press OK, repeat this about 3 to 4 times ( short-key to apply the last effect again is CTRL-F ). If you followed these instructions , you should be getting something along the lines of the image shown below. 4) After this go to FILTER > BLUR > RADIAL BLUR, there you?re going to have to set some settings like shown on the image below. Notice how the ?Blur center? isn?t centered anymore, you can move the ?Blur center? by clicking on the place where you want the ?Blur center? to be. Set ?Amount? to 50 and make sure you select ?Zoom? in the ?Blur Method? setting. People with a pretty fast computer can select ?Best? in the ?Quality? setting but in the end it won?t make much difference so ?good? is good enough, then press OK. 5) Like you can see the quality isn?t all that good, so what are we going to do about that? We are going to do another ?radial blur? but this time with slightly different settings. Go to FILTER > BLUR > RADIAL BLUR and set the settings like you can see below. 6) Now we can start playing with the colours. Go to IMAGE > ADJUST > VARIATIONS and play a little with the colour till you find something soothing. This is what I came up with. 7) You get the best effect if you make several layers like this ( or copy the original one several times ) and blend them with each other for example like this:

We migrated our web sites to Server Intellect over one weekend and the setup was so smooth that we were up and running right away. They assisted us with everything we needed to do for all of our applications. With Server Intellect's help, we were able to avoid any headaches!

Try not to choose a render/stock where the focus is standing still, looking straight at you. Instead, use one showing some kind of motion. Never try and fight the stocks flow.
