1. Rhino Skin Text Effect

Select polygon lasso tool and create random shaped edgy selection. Press Ctrl+Shift+J to cut paste the selection in new layers. Repeat the steps till you split the whole text in many layers. Offset each layer by a few pixels in random directions.
