note: Follow the numbers according to what I indicated on my screen shoot.(I merge them into one to save bandwidth) 1. Then select that wooden object and we will free transform it, but instead of using [Ctrl T] we are going to use the [Ctrl Alt T]. this kind of transform tool will make your selected object safe by duplicating it to another layer then drag the ???turn around reference point??? to the center reference we made a while ago. It will help you turn the object according to how we wanted it to turn. 2. then turn it around in place. Then press enter to finalize the changes. 3. ok now we are going to do the same by pressing the [Ctrl Shift Alt T] keys 15 times or more depends on how it looks good for you. and behold it???s magic ^^. 4. adjust the curves and apply some shadows.

This tutorial teaches you to design a nice looking clock icon. Final output of the clock icon can be seen below :

So today i was just thinking of what exactly can i write about and maybe even give a few hints to people out there in the fields of designing with Photoshop. So an idea of creating the Dashboard Clock from my MacBook seemed amusing to me so i decided to go with it. I was doing this the first time so there might be some rough edges since i never edited but it should give you the basic understanding. By the way those who were wondering about the wallpaper, the current one used is created by me and the tutorial is coming shortly.

6. Now its time for the text. Select your DS-Digital font a type 00:00. Make it #7E4747. Then change the layer opacity to 60%.

Now we are going to the difficult step in the tutorial. We need some rectangles which replace the numbers on the clock.

[1] Lets open a new file in your favourite photoshop software version. Then choose a custom size you may choose any size, I will pick Height & width 500500 pixels and Resolution 72 using Mode RGB Color.

[25] And now take the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a new shape and fill with black color as shown image below.

You will also be learning how to use color range, and I guess the most important thing that will be discussed on this tutorial is probably using the measure tool that we ignore most of the time; this tutorial will make you aware on designing a clock in terms of measurement.

11. Now it's time to do the clock numbers. Right-click the Clock Letters Base layer and Choose Duplicate Layer. Type 4 over the 88:88 text and change the colour to #30C2FF. Place the layer so it fits over the second 8 of the Clock Letters Base layer:

Of course with this, you can do a lot of style to beautify it, just like what is shown on below

let's see,how to create.
