You can clone the other eye onto the same layer or onto a blank new layer for now and then merge them together later when it is in the right place. This does give you a little more flexibility. Since the position of the other photo may be different, just work on each eye independently, getting a new Alt/source point for each separate one.

2. Next, I selected a greenish foreground color [#173212] for my tattoo color.

Also under the palm there is a bit of hair there, we can remove them using the Blur Tool as well:

Now create a new blank layer on the image that needs the new eyes (or other part).
