A tricky tutorial on how to create a model of the first wave of handheld mp3-players. Check out the database for iPod-tutorials!

Now add a sample image of a video with a size of 448181 px on the center of the media player.

In this tutorial, I will show you how to create a detailed audio player from scratch. This tutorial will be a great opportunity for you to practice those Shape Tools and Layer Styles skills, with lots of adding and subtracting of Shapes. Enjoy!

"When working on GUI design, shapes are a great way to achieve a realistic look to your design. As the shapes are vector based, you enjoy the ability to resize them with minimal detail loss, which is a significant consideration in GUI design. In this tutorial, I will show you how to create a detailed audio player from scratch. This tutorial will be a great opportunity for you to practice those Shape Tools and Layer Styles skills, with lots of adding and subtracting of Shapes. Enjoy!" - Roy Weiss

I also like designing and your tutorial is very nice and i have learned so much your tutorial and recently i am starting to make player as same your free streaming videos updated daily

STEP 1: Start with a large black canvas, in your layers window make a new layer set and name it Gamespot Media Player. Create a new layer, Choose your Rectangle Tool and draw a 129 x 33 pixels, #530303 colored rectangle.

Start with a large #FFFDDF colored canvas, in your layers window make a new layer set. Name it Custom Web Media Player. Choose your rounded rectangle tool and set the radius setting to 10 pixels. In a enw layer draw a 442 x 24 pixels, #D1FFFD colored rounded rectangle. Use the fixed size setting under rounded rectangle options to make the exact rounded rectangle.

Next we have to represent the symbol on the left player's button. Use for this operation the Rectangle Tool (U) and make a vertical line, but the triangle may be done with the Custom Shape Tool (U). The color is #3D85B7

Create a new Set and create a new layer in that Set, use Rounded Rectangle to draw a small rectangle in the bar like this:

click on layer 1, Ctrl+click on layer 2 (in Photoshop CS2), or click link icon beside thumbnail image of layer 2 (in Photoshop CS and below)

Click on layer 1, CTRL+CLICK on layer 2 (in Photoshop CS2), or click link icon beside thumnail image of layer 2 (in Photoshop CS and below)

A while ago I made a written tutorial with images on how to make a mp3 player interface, now I have converted that photoshop tutorial to a video tutorial. I have seen a lot of people getting pretty excited about video tutorials, maybe its because its easier than reading all those how to guides, and you can zoom in, and get details. Well I have decited to make a lot of video tutorials and this is one of them, hope you enjoy it.

This tutorial will show you how to make the basic shape needed to make your cd player. First off you are going to comprise your cd player shape of 3 object. A circle, a square, and another circle.

We will now add reflection to the object. Create another layer. Use high feather brush tool and draw some lines. Color values are given below: -

1. We will start by making the base shape, by doing this we will create 2 elliptical shapes and place them as I did below, then make a rectangular shape on top of those circles.

Duplicate frame. Hide the first hand layer and unhide the second one. Similarly hide the first ball layer and unhide the second.

Start with a large black canvas, in your layers window make a new layer set and name it Mp3 Player Interface. Choose your rounded rectangle tool and set the radius setting to 20 px with anti-aliased checked. In a new layer draw a 315 x 120 pixels, #606060 colored rounded rectangle.

Create a Simple Video Player interface in Photoshop Category: Photoshop In this tutorial, Lee Brimelow explains how to create a simple video player interface in Photoshop, and then import it into your Flash project. Written by Lee Brimelow Views: 769

This complex tutorial will be teaching you how to build this great MP3 Player in Photoshop. Please pay atention to the details and dont skip any stepts of this tutorial, thus you will also create this great MP3 Player. With this said, take a look at the final result and lets start working !

Hi everyone. Sorry for the hiatus in writing tutorials, I've just been real busy these past weeks and didn't have time to sit down and write. Today I had a couple of free hours so I decided to write another tutorial. We're going to learn how to create a skin for your web video player. This is just the design part which we will do in Photoshop. Perhaps it will be followed up by a Flash tutorial on how to implement this skin into an actual working player.

Now then, for the images for the screen of your mp3 player, these things can be tricky if you don't know what you're doing, so there's a font I found which does them for you - you will need to download the font which can be found here

Now we shall create the primary layer of the media player's screen, choosing for this operation the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) with a radius of 5 px.
