I am wondering: how would you define "complete"?

"Complete" has a connotation of finality, someone or something being finished. If we could live in a theoretical world, we would have it right there. However, we live in a real world where everything keeps shifting and changing, which means that we choose the end of something each time when we declare it complete. A police investigation, for instance, is "complete" when the leader of the group feels they had exhausted all leads and possibilities. Corporation lawyers struggle to arrive at definitions that will cover all eventualities and stop when they feel it's "complete". In both cases, some time later, a new evidence or a violation may show that neither group's work was "complete", for in the real world, unlike in a theoretical one, nothing will stand still.

Again some videos on you tube have not been taken off, like a cat farts, talking puppy, screaming baby , all of which are scary and horrible and not as they seem, as well as a cat on heat, which have screaming and banging in them, if someone with a weak heart saw it,then it would surely kill them.

I spent 20 minutes going over this site and still have no idea if/when writers are paid for their work. I write for another online community and am paid by the article. However, I still have some available time and would like to write for others.
Can someone tell me whether or not this site compensates its writers and, if so, how, etc.?
Thanks! Jim Roberts [email protected]
Noncommercial use is unclear to me.
Does this mean you can not sell the article or use it in any way for the purpose of making money?
Or, does it mean you are not allowed to place the article on any commercial related web sites or blogs at all for informational purpose only?
