| | |  I always feel that fixed-width columns are a bit unfair on those who have large screens and/or high resolution resolutions: I hate it when the whole site is squished over to the left hand side to account for the fact that the website designer has sought to cater to people who have 17" @ 1024x768 or lower. On a good-sized screen there is half an acre of empty pace ot to the right.

|  2. Using the "Bucket Fill" tool, create a black background
|  it looks all right now, but it needs a style sheet! A style sheet is basically a document that defines how a page will look. Below is if you want to create it using code. A lot of website development softwares allow you to add this content without right codes by hand if you format the page. You just have to find page properties, background, text and such. If your program does not have this follow the example I've provided below.

| |  These next few parts may be a bit difficult. We don't have a warp feature like Photoshop's so we are going to have to make the best of what we have. Hide the "belt_right" layer. Select the "belt_left" layer and go to Filters > Distorts > Iwarp. Warp it like shown in the screenshot below. When done, rotate and resize the image and place it like below.
| | | | |  With the emblem layer selected, go to Script-Fu > Layer Effects > Drop Shadow. Use black for the color, 75% opacity, Linear Contour, 0 noise, normal blending, 10 for spread, 10 for size, 145 for offset angle, 5 for offset distance, and layer knocks out drop shadow. Hit ok.
