Recreate the navigation-boxes I used in the versions 1-5 of MickM.com. These are great navigation boxes and to showyou how easy they are to make, try this tutorial!

Open up a new document, and make it the size you would like your navigation box to be, and grab the rounded rectangle tool. Draw something like this

Then, under that line, create another line of 1px (All this process is on the same layer), and fill it with #90969E. |
