A perfect apple... but can you be a perfect person?

Ok--- "Nobody's Perfect" So nobody can be perfect, but this article can teach you to be as perfect as possible.

Edit Steps

  1. 1
Every night, pick out the clothes you will wear the next day. Always wear clean clothing, and iron anything that's wrinkled or creased when it shouldn't be.
  2. 2
Clean your room. Having a clean room is very important, and has been proven to have many benefits, including making it easier for you to sleep and less bruises from tripping over things! Your room doesn't constantly have to be spotless. Just pick up any trash and dirty dishes before you leave the room and dust and vacuum once a week.
  3. 3
Make a schedule. Fill out school, work, the days homework or work assignments are due, appointments, meetings, and time with friends or family. Don't overbook yourself! You shouldn't spend all your time alone, but it's perfectly okay to have some "me time" too. Post the schedule on the fridge or your bedroom door.
  4. 4
Do all of your work and school assignments to the best of your abilities. Don't slouch, which means, sit up straight on your chair and actually listen. It's recommended that you take notes, but you will find some classes where you don't have to. If you have questions, ask. Concentrate on your work and if you need help, get help. Read questions and problems carefully (several times if you need to) until you completely understand them. Fill out your answers, double check them, check for spelling and grammar errors, and turn them in.
  5. 5
Be nice to people. Compliment someone you don't know very well, offer your talents to someone in need, do favors for people. But remember that if someone is dangerous, (if they've been convicted of a crime or have hurt you in the past), do not, under any circumstances, be nice to them. Avoid them at all costs!
  6. 6
Be good. Don't drink if you're underage, and if you aren't underage don't drink TOO much. Don't smoke, no matter how old you are. Don't be an easy girl. Never talk about someone behind their back or bully them.
  7. 7
Take care of yourself. Eat healthy and exercise regularly, but remember that it's not about being super skinny, it's about being healthy. Bathe daily. Brush your teeth at least twice a day and floss at least twice a week. Wash your face every morning and night. Get your hair trimmed regularly, and clip or file your nails to keep them a reasonable even length.
  8. 8
Wear clothing that looks good on you which fits. It doesn't matter if you prefer skirts or jeans, everyone should wear clothing that fits them and compliments their shape. Just because you saw a celebrity wearing the exact same jeans, doesn't mean they'll look good on you. Always dress modestly. Be unique with your style!
  9. 9
Keep makeup to a minimum or don't wear it at all. You really don't need foundation, but you should wear powder to reduce shine. If you're in your teens or young adulthood, it will also absorb the oil on your face and help reduce breakouts.
  10. 10
Try new things. It's always good to try something new. If your mom wants you to try on a shirt, do it! You may really like it. Try new food, clothes, cultures, or even shampoos! You never know until you try.
  11. 11
Always come prepared. You don't want to get in trouble with your boss/teacher for not having your supplies. Throughout the day, make a checklist for the things you need to bring the next day. Also, always keep a tab on your supplies! That way you can make a note on what you need to buy.
  12. 12
Never procrastinate! Why put off what you can do now when it keeps you busy and focused? You will have more time to get back to what ever you were doing before. Plus, you won't get yelled at if you forget!

Edit Tips

  • If your grades are low ask your teacher about extra-credit work or get a tutor for each subject (if necessary).

Edit Warnings

  • Always wear sunscreen! Even if you want a tan, be extra careful. Looking good today isn't worth compromising your health tomorrow. (If you don't want a tan or sunburn, wear sunblock.)
  • Don't become obsessed with "perfection." Everyone's definition of "perfect" is different. Just be the best person you can be.
  • Don't GOSSIP! Ever! If you don't like being talked about behind your back, don't do it either. You'll just harm yourself by doing so.
