The Weekly Collegian publishes on Wednesday’s during the Fall Semester (14 issues) and Spring Semester (14 issues). The Fall Sports Preview (a Weekly Collegian) is published just before the start of the Fall Semester. The Weekly Collegian is not published on the first week of classes.



The Weekly Collegian compiles the best of The Daily Collegian, Penn State’s morning newspaper serving the University Park Campus.



There are approximately 29 issues of The Weekly Collegian each calendar year. The actual number may vary slightly by one or two issues due to the scheduling of the start and end of the Fall & Spring Semesters.
