After a tiring work day at office, school, etc. do you always feel pain/soreness at your back? Are you always experiencing the same back pain after every working day? Back pain occurs due to many reasons; it maybe your posture, it maybe your job responsibility, it maybe the environment you work in, or the furniture you use, etc. Back Pain can be overcome easily only if we take prior precautions for it.
Edit Steps
- 1Have proper posture when sitting. Keep your back straight or leaned back against the chair, and never slouch or lean to the side.
- 2Keep your feet shouldered apart and flat against the ground. Try not to wear heels.
- 3Wear comfortable clothing. Suits, jeans, dresses, anything can be comfortable or not, but do try to wear comfortable clothing. You can be quite pretty without wearing something uncomfortable.
- 4It helps to curve your lower back. You can use a rolled up towel or blanket, or a pillow. You can also use a fold-up device that is sold now.
- 5A good night's sleep will always help, especially if you use a harder mattress that supports the back.
- 6Try not to get up and down to much. Do all of your errands in one standing and all of your essays or emails in one sitting.
Edit Things You'll Need
- Blanket, towel or pillow.
- If needed, a shoebox or block of wood to keep feet elevated and have your knees at a right angle.
