Stay Awake and Focused While Working Late

Have to stay up late at night to work? Here's a few tips to keep you up and running!

    Avoid drinking sugar filled drinks. They will keep you awake for a few minutes, But then you'll crash. Instead, Drink lot's of water. Drink it until you have a slight tummy ache.

    If you want,splash cold water on your face every half hour. The cold gives you goosebumps which awaken The brain and parts of the body.

    Stay focused! If you want, turn on music with a good beat. It will take your mind off of working, and It will keep you from becoming tired.

    Use eyedrops. If your eyes start to hurt, Open them for 30 seconds and put some eye drops on for dry and itchy eyes.

    Take breaks. If you start to feel agitated, stand up and stretch for a few minutes to loosen up your muscles.

    Eat fruits and veggies. The nutrients in them provide a natural sugar that keeps your body awake.

  • Put ice down your shirt
  • stay away from boring documentaries and TV shows at night
  • DO NOT drink soda! It will lead you to a sugar crash, Coffee is OK as long as it's sugar free
  • Have an energy drink or a sports drink to keep you feeling awake

  • DO NOT do this every night! It can lead to fatal illnesses if you don't get at least six nights of sleep!
