- 1Avoid drinking sugar filled drinks. They will keep you awake for a few minutes, But then you'll crash. Instead, Drink lot's of water. Drink it until you have a slight tummy ache.
- 2If you want,splash cold water on your face every half hour. The cold gives you goosebumps which awaken The brain and parts of the body.
- 3Stay focused! If you want, turn on music with a good beat. It will take your mind off of working, and It will keep you from becoming tired.
- 4Use eyedrops. If your eyes start to hurt, Open them for 30 seconds and put some eye drops on for dry and itchy eyes.
- 5Take breaks. If you start to feel agitated, stand up and stretch for a few minutes to loosen up your muscles.
- 6Eat fruits and veggies. The nutrients in them provide a natural sugar that keeps your body awake.

- stay away from boring documentaries and TV shows at night
- DO NOT drink soda! It will lead you to a sugar crash, Coffee is OK as long as it's sugar free
- Have an energy drink or a sports drink to keep you feeling awake
