How to create your first Subversion repository in uberSVN and define access permissions for it. uberSVN can be downloaded from http://www.ubersvn.com/

    Open uberSVN.

    Open uberSVN. From the ‘Repositories’ tab, hit ‘Add’ to add a new repository.

    You will automatically be taken to the Permissions tab, where you can set up access rules.
