Making a custom cursor is a fun project. Follow these instructions and you will know how to complete this task.
Edit Steps
- 1Choose the picture you want to make a cursor out of.
- 2Download ACDSEE, Microsoft Office Picture Manager, or Microsoft Picture Resizer Powertoy (its available on the Microsoft website)
- 3Change the size of you picture to 16 x 16 resolution. its not necessary to change the picture to exactly that size; it can vary slightly like 16 x 18 or even 20 etc.
