How to Deploy a Virtualbox Virtual Machine Server in Centos 5
Edited byIrving Leonard and 3 others
Deploy a virtual machine "headless" server and manage it remotely using CentOS/Virtualbox/phpVirtualbox
Edit Steps
- 1First need to boot from the CentOS installer DVD, which shows a welcome screen. The common way is to only press enter but there is a chance to change boot options, maybe for special hardware conditions.
- 2The installation media (Cds, DVDs) can be checked for possible errors. This check is a measure to avoid problems during the installation. Depending on the medium ability it could be skipped. The final result is not affected by the choice made in here.
- 3The visual interface of the installer should be presented, if there is no problem with hardware drivers or so. This is only a welcome screen, it is possible to go to the first step or read the release notes
