Prevent wikiHow Users from Emailing You




At times, you may wish to prevent wikiHow users from emailing you. Here's how.

Edit Steps

  1. 1
    Log in to your account. Click on the "Log In" link at the top right of any wikiHow page.
  2. 2
    Click on My Preferences in the column to the right (grouped under "My Pages"). Scroll down through the User Profile box to the Email section.
  3. 3
    Click on the appropriate box to uncheck the currently checked box.
    Click on the appropriate box to uncheck the currently checked box.
    Click on the appropriate box to uncheck the currently checked box. Click on Save at the bottom of the page.


Edit Warnings

  • Keep in mind that by disabling the email function you may be missing out on important correspondence from other wikiHow users.
