In order to call back a person who dialed you from a private number there is only one way

    If he/she threatened you call directly your operator(AT&T,Sprint,Virgin Mobile...) and tell them to get you a list of numbers from this day,if they refuse call the 911 directly and tell them they refused to give me the number.

    When the 911 operator answers be calm and tell them (I have been threatened by a private number and my mobile carrier isn't giving me the number so they will ask you a couple of questions which you should answer all HONESTLY)

    As you finish your call with the 911 wait until they call the operator and he will help them don't worry(He will be forced to help a governmental side)
  4. 4
    Wait until the 911 calls you back and get the number check it with your phone book if it's one of your friends then tell the 911 it's ok and prank him if it is not directly report him to the nearest police station or any security governmental agency
