The BCS Group Membership Scheme was designed for industry and can enhance the capability and professional standing of you, your organisation and your team.

  • Overview

    Your organisation will benefit from IT professionals who understand the wider context of the business through participation in networking, specialist groups and online resources needed to address the challenges in the IT industry today.

    Through the Professionalism in IT programme BCS is creating an understanding of what is required to increase professionalism and produce and implement successful IT projects.

    If your staff are undertaking BCS Professional Certifications or are being developed against SFIA or SFIAplus, awarding them with the appropriate BCS member grade will compliment your development strategy.

    The BCS Group Membership scheme also provides a pathway for your team to achieve Chartered IT Professional (CITP) status, the benchmark of IT excellence.

    BCS is proud to announce that we are currently working with over 100 organisations in both the private and public sector through the Group Membership Scheme.

    The scheme aims to promote professionalism in IT by helping organisations develop best practice in their IT workforce.
