Hey! Are you tired of feeling bad because you don't exercise and eat right? Well here are some tips that work to help you look and feel better!
Edit Steps
- 11-For your legs do calf raises and wall sits. Running is also great to build leg strength and endurance.
- 22-For your belly do crunches, sit-ups, and bicycles.
- 33-For you arms do pullups and pushups.
- 44-For whole body eat right:
For breakfast eat a bowl of Special K or other non surgery cereal with a fruit. For lunch have a sandwich and NO CHIPS with a fruit and water! For dinner have whatever but only small plate full. And for a snack when you get hungry; have a Special K bar. Only eat a dessert once a week.
- 15-Do all of these everyday!

- Drink all water except maybe a glass of milk twice a week. But all you should drink is water water water!!!!!!!
