Overview
The National Preparedness Leadership Initiative (NPLI) is a joint venture of the Harvard School of Public Health's Division of Policy Translation and Leadership Development and the Harvard Kennedy School's Center for Public Leadership. It works in collaboration with key government agencies to ensure today's unprecedented challenges are met with uncommon leadership from federal, state, and local officials and encourages connectivity across public, private, and non-profit sectors.
NPLI faculty Dr. Leonard Marcus, Dr. Barry Dorn, and Dr. Isaac Ashkenazi have been at the forefront of developing the Meta-Leadership framework and practice method.
