Premier Club membership is open only to customers who purchase directly from the AMA except for resellers, wholesalers, and bookstores. Premier Club membership status is based on purchases of AMA "coding" books and software products. Customers who purchased a qualifying level of eligible AMA products in 2012 are eligible for Premier Club membership as of December 31, 2012. Other customers may attain 2012 Premier Club membership status by purchasing a qualifying level of eligible AMA products from January 1, 2013 through November 30, 2013. Purchases of qualifying products in different calendar years may not be combined to attain Premier Club membership status. AMA reserves the right to determine Premier Club member eligibility. AMA reserves the right to change the terms of, or terminate, the Premier Club program. AMA makes no representation, guarantee or endorsement of any information, services or products provided by any third parties and made available to Premier Club members. Volume discounts do not apply to coding packages and special offers. Current paid subscribers to the CPT Network Knowledge Base will not be entitled to a refund or credit of their subscription as a result of their Premier Club status. CPT inquiries shall consist of only a brief, clearly stated coding question that addresses a specifi ccoding need. AMA's CPT Education and Information Services will not review operative reports or other documentation and/or assign CPT codes. AMA Coding Online demonstrations take place Monday–Friday from 8 am-4 pm CT.
