Another day, and your family is still fighting. Another day of sadness and anger. There's always a way to deal with the problems.

    Be calm. Yelling at your family won't help a lot. Tell your family how you feel maybe they will be willing to change * I suggest talking to your mother first because she may understand you a little more than your dad.

    Try to fix this. Maybe instead of taking the last cookie when your sister wants it give it to your sister. * Don't do this so much that your family thinks they can step all over you.

    Show your family kindness. When you wake up give them a hug.* This step may not work with an older brother or sister over the age of 10.
