1Put both hands on your opponent's shoulders

3Make sure your hands are still on their shoulders

4Slowly, with your knee against their back, rub your knee left and right slowly.

5They should end up giving in to the pressure being pushed on their back, thus falling down

- For a more aggressive method, don't slowly rub your knee, you could just slam it against their back with no mercy.
