This is a self defense technique to get someone on the floor in a fist-fight.

Steps

    Put both hands on your opponent's shoulders

    Turn them around in any way possible

    Make sure your hands are still on their shoulders

    Slowly, with your knee against their back, rub your knee left and right slowly.

    They should end up giving in to the pressure being pushed on their back, thus falling down
  6. 6
    You decide what you do then.


Tips

  • For a more aggressive method, don't slowly rub your knee, you could just slam it against their back with no mercy.
