XML Resources

NOTE:  Beginning 03/16/2013 additional America Invents Act (AIA) provisions take effect. The impact is that there will be additional Data Type Definition (DTD) changes required to the U.S. patent grants and published patent applications. So, as early as this summer (around the July 2013 timeframe), both the DTD’s  and data will be changing from Version 4.3 to Version 4.4. As soon as the Version 4.4 DTDs are available, they will be posted here. Test data will follow. At this time, there will be no parallel process.
