Your child played a game on your old computer but you got a new computer. If they're crushed because it doesn't have the old game then here's an easy step-by-step guide on how to make it work.

Edit Steps

  1. 1
    Start up your computer
  2. 2
Insert the disc that you want to install
  3. 3
A window will pop up and it will have the program installation.
  4. 4
Next you just have to install the program.
  5. 5
If it doesn't let you install the program then go into "Computer" and left click on the program
  6. 6
Press "Properties" and a window will pop up saying what version of Windows did this program work on and press the one you think is right.
  7. 7
If it doesn't work then just keep trying
  8. 8
After it hopefully installs click on the program.
  9. 9
If an error message pops-up then go back into "Computer" and press "Properties"
  10. 10
Then click the version of windows you installed it in and it will hopefully work

Edit Tips

  • Some of the games will not work unless you get certain things for your computer
  • "Jumpstart" games are the most common games that you just have to install except for "Jumpstart Typing"
