How do you decided which e-book or digital program to purchase ?

    Make a list of what e-books or digital programs sound the most enticing to you at first glance. Write them all down and save the list for the next step. It doesn't matter if you have tons of them, because you will probably thin the list down to a few choice products by the end of the process.

    Do your research. Most e-books and digital products have enticing sales pitches, so read them and see which ones sound the best after reading the pitch. If any of the pitches make you unsure about the product, put a question mark beside its name on the list; if any of the pitches make you sure you don't want the product, cross it off the list.

    Go to a review site and read some of the reviews. See what other people say about what you want to purchase. Read plenty of reviews, because there are always those people who won't like the product when everyone else seems to love it. If any of the reviews make you unsure/certain you don't want a product, cross it off the list or put a question mark beside the name.

    Sleep on it. Sometimes, a good rest will clear your head from the excitement of just seeing a great new app/e-book and you will realize when you go back to your narrowing down that you really don't think it sounds that amazing anymore.

    Ask yourself if you really need the product. Will you benefit from it? Does it sound like you will really read/watch/use it? Don't waste your money on something you aren't going to use.

    If you still have a lot of items on your list, cross off those that have question marks beside them. See what you end up with.

    If that's still too many, pick a few favorites and buy them, then make yourself a wishlist for the future so you can remember that you wanted the others. They'll be there next week!
