Have you tried what seems to be thousands of different diet plans? Or, do you not want to pay for food that has been treated with chemicals? Either way, this is a simple guide to eating what you want, the way you want.

2Make a list of things you are "OK" with. A few things to get you started or spark ideas are; vegetarianism, counting calories, and really thinking about what is in what you eat.
