Have you tried what seems to be thousands of different diet plans? Or, do you not want to pay for food that has been treated with chemicals? Either way, this is a simple guide to eating what you want, the way you want.

    Research different diet plans. Look into the rules and restrictions that apply to those diets and use them as a reference.

    Make a list of things you are "OK" with. A few things to get you started or spark ideas are; vegetarianism, counting calories, and really thinking about what is in what you eat. For example, a small piece of chocolate cake, vegetarian, ~200 calories (depending on the cake), and it has sugar, flour and, eggs in it. Eggs...

    Make a list of some sort of your rules and restrictions. Make your own diet in other words.

    Track you progress. It would be counter productive if you ended up gaining 5 pound after a month of your "diet".

    Revise your diet. Change small things, and try new ones! Do not let yourself change your diet to be more loose.

    Share your diet. Whether its with friends or in the talk section of this article, if it works, people will want to know if it works, and how you did it!

    Stick to it. If you created a diet that you are sure is good for you, it will be easy to stick to.
