Autosuggestion is the art of manifesting things in your life by putting focus on them and repeating mentally or verbally what you wish to manifest. It is a very helpful way to attract money, love, or friendship into your life as well as an effective method for ending bad habits such as smoking,drinking,procrastination etc.It can also be used for making good habits such as exercising regularly.

    Decide what it is you want to manifest. You can attract love or friendship, conjure money, or end a bad habit. After you have a little practice you can do more extraordinary things like heal. (The author of the article actually managed to illuminate unlit street lights on several occasions)

    Learn to meditate. You can concentrate better once you know how.

    Visualize something that represents your wish being fulfilled, such as your boss giving you that raise, thousands of one-hundred dollar bills flying through your front door, or attractive woman kissing all over you, etc.

    Say repeatedly what you want to manifest such as "I will make big bucks," "I will meet my soul mate," or "I will stop smoking." You may want to make up a line of poetry such as "Money, Money, I call thee to cone to me"

    Believe it will work. If you believe it, it will.

    Expect it to come every day. Sometimes Autosuggestion takes a little while to work miracles. But, if you believe, it will surely work.

    Always repeat your affirmation. Repeat it with belief, feeling and emotion, If you don't repeat it with emotion then it will not produce results.

    Make your affirmations in the present tense such as "I AM happy" or "I AM rich".

    Repeat your affirmations in the morning after awaking and at night prior to sleep but also repeat them at noon and afternoon.

    Repeat them for 5-10 minutes slowly, lovingly and with emotion.

    Repeat them in a sleepy, drowsy state because your subconscious mind receives you affirmations or images. Your conscious mind will interfere with your concentration in your non-sleepy state.

    If you still have difficulty in believing them,then record your affirmations in a tape, mobile or anything and use them while you sleep, because when you're asleep your conscious mind is disconnected from your subconscious mind and thus your affirmations go directly into your subconscious mind and you will have your desired result.
