1Open Personalization. You can open Personalization menu by clicking :- Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Personalization

- Or by Right Clicking the mouse button and select Personalize

2Open the folder containing wallpapers you want to add to windows background slideshow. You can also create a new folder and copy/import desired pictures into the newly created folder. -
3Now open the Personalization dialog box and click on 'Desktop Background' menu at the bottom of the dialog box.- Select click the Picture location list to select desired categories, or click Browse to search your computer for the folder where the pictures are located, including your newly created folder.

4Select the check box for each picture that you want to include in your slide show or clear the check box for each picture that you don't want to include in your slide show.- If all of the pictures in the folder are selected by clicking 'Select all' menu, any new pictures that you add to the folder will be added to the slide show automatically.

5Final touch up. Do one or more of the following:- Select the Picture Position list to crop the pictures fill the screen, fit the pictures to the screen, stretch the pictures to fit the screen, tile the pictures, or center the pictures on the screen.
- Select the Change picture every list to choose the duration of time period for each picture in the slide show.
- Select the Shuffle check box to have the pictures appear in a random order.
- Select the Picture Position list to crop the pictures fill the screen, fit the pictures to the screen, stretch the pictures to fit the screen, tile the pictures, or center the pictures on the screen.
