You should receive an email from Smashwords that contains a link—customized just for you—to help you claim your author profile on Scribd and begin using your subscription.
If you already have an account on Scribd you will still need to follow the instructions in the email to claim your author profile and subscription. As part of the process you will be able to combine these with your existing account.
While we're happy to help as much as possible, Scribd cannot troubleshoot the delivery of your email from Smashwords. However, we recommend that you do the following if you suspect complications with your email:

Scribd is pleased to announce improved support for the Kindle Fire. Previously, readers who wanted to use Scribd with their Kindle Fire were limited to using our web-based service in their browser. While useable, this approach hasn't allowed us to take full advantage of the ebook reader's hardware or software. So we've been steadily working to improve our native Android app and make it fully compatible with the Kindle Fire, and we're pleased to announce it's available.
Scribd now supports all Kindle Fire models, including the Fire HD and Fire HDX. Scribd is not currently compatible with E Ink based Kindle readers like the Kindle Paperwhite and the Kindle DX, as these devices do not allow third party applications.
