Walking and texting simultaneously will never be dangerous
Love texting your girlfriend/boyfriend on the go, even while walking on the road ? You can always do that in the near future without the fear of bumping onto a tree or a vehicle.Walking and Texting at the same time will never be bad if you own an iPhone. Apple’s new intriguing patent will make this combination of actions possible and at the same time safe.
Apple at the peak of its innovation-I would say. Using your mobile phone while walking to make a voice call is not harmful at all. But that is not the case when it comes to messaging especially in cases where you get immersed into it. That can be really dangerous but not with the iPhone and Apple patented technology accompanying you .
This is achieved by Apple in a very simple manner. Apple’s new patented technology ( filed in 2012 ) will offer users a comfortable and safe ‘texting cum walking’ experience by making the background of your messaging screen transparent by the use of the rear camera. You can trigger it on by just pressing an in-app button which will replace the default background by the live video one.
However, this is not totally fool-proof. This won’t help you if you point your iPhone towards the ground. You must hold your iPhone straight ahead while texting and walking for efficient and full visibility of the objects ahead of you. Imagine yourself walking by holding your iPhone straight with the camera pointing towards the objects in the front.That will surely look weird.
Not only for texting should this be used. This technology can also be brought into play for reading articles and e-books on the go.
