Creating this animated signature involves using Photobucket (or a similar photo storage website) and Notepad (from Windows' accessories). It's all about copying a correct HTML code of this image from Photobucket. You have to have your signature image saved on your hard drive.

    Open an account with Photobucket, and download the signature image.

    Click File Save As... and save this signature as a file called "signature.html" (for example, in the "My Documents" folder).

    Open Outlook Express. Click Tools >  Options > Signatures tab.
