Gyoza is a popular Chinese restaurant fare, also known as the potsticker. While it is derived from a Chinese recipe, it is more closely associated with the Japanese Gyôza or Pan-Fried Dumpling. Its contrast between filling and crispy exterior is a very pleasing sensation and, like many dishes, it can be melded to incorporate almost any flavour.

Garlic is a member of the allium family (like onions and leeks). Garlic is often used as a spice or a seasoning due to its strong flavor, although, when roasted, garlic can be relatively mild in flavor. It is known and used throughout the world.
