How to Determine the Real Time Number of a wikiHow Article's Pageviews

The number of an article's page views can be found at the bottom of any page. It takes a while for the number to be updated. If you're curious, read this article to learn how to find the most up-to-date number.

1Open your web browser.Ad -
2Go to the wikiHow page. -
3Search for the article you'd like to find the pageview of.- Click the search box in the top right corner of the page.
- Type the requested article's title into the box (with the exception of the preceding words "How to" omitted)

4Click the article's title you'd like to find the pageviews of. -
5Scroll all the way down to the bottom section of the page. An article will display saying "Thanks to all authors for creating a page that has been read (x amount) times.Ad

- The difference in numbers is only by a few, unless there's an inordinate number of views.
- Realize that when you view the article, the pageview counter will increase by one every time you enter the article, or refresh the window when on the page.
- If the articles are ones you've written, a total number of pageviews will also be available to you when you open the My Profile button from the top of the page, and will be listed underneath the section titled "Articles Started (x/# of total articles)".
