How to Cook Boneless Chicken

A recipe for boneless chicken which can be prepared as a starter or as a side dish for the main course. It is the Indian style boneless chili chicken recipe.

1Marinate the boneless chicken pieces with 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon red chili powder(optionally can use pepper powder), corn flour and salt. Marinate the chicken for 30 min.

3After 30 min shallow fry the marinated chicken in oil. Take it out when it is slightly brown in color and is cooked.

5In wok heat oil. Bring down the flame. Add 1 thinly sliced onions, few ginger julienne and split green chili.

7When the onions become translucent add cubed green bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes till the bell peppers become soft.

9Now when cooked add 1 tablespoon of dark soya sause, 1 tablespoon green chillie sause and 2 tablespoon sweet tomato ketchup.

11Now to this mix add the shallow fried chicken pieces, give a nice stir and cook for a while.

13Transfer to plate, garnish with onion rings and serve hot.
