    Buy some Murder Motel Twisted Guts. These are available at Lidl at Halloween. This is basically blue, orange, pink and white marshmallows all swirled together.

    Peel off the blue marshmallow strip.

    Put it in a cup and microwave it for a few seconds until it's melted. Don't worry if it's a bit burned, it will still work.

    Add some water to the blue marshmallow mixture.
